Happy Thursday everyone!
I just felt led to mention a few scriptures this morning to encourage you all. If you've been dealing with any worry, stress, or anxiety lately you can know for sure that is not from Jesus. He is here to give us peace and rest and to take upon Himself whatever has been bothering us. Psalm 55:22 says,"Cast your burden on the Lord (releasing the weight of it) and He will sustain you; He will never allow the consistently righteous to be moved." Whatever it is that has been coming against you, whether it's financial trouble, a relationship issue, or a problem at your job, you can cast this burden on the Lord in prayer trusting that He will take care of it as you're obedient to Him.
God is fully able to meet every single one of our needs. His provision goes above and beyond what we could ask or think or even imagine in our minds. This is why He tells you to cast all your worries on Him because He cares about you. 1 Peter 5:7 says,"Cast the whole of your cares (all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns) on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and He cares about you watchfully." I encourage you to let God take care of things for you. Place everything in His hands and He will make all things work together for your good!
I know this was short, but it really spoke to my spirit this morning as I read my Bible and I wanted to share it with all of you. Cast all of your cares on the Lord today and have a carefree day! Thanks for reading!
